SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In the event of very high order volumes, adverse weather conditions, postal service problems or other factors outside our control, we will inform customers of any potential delays in processing their orders.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer simple, discounted Flat Rate Shipping on all orders shipped inside the United States.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you live outside the USA and would like to place an order, please contact us directly at hugabeehoney@yahoo.com
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hugabeehoney@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
Food items are non-returnable, however if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason we will do everything we can to make things right.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item send us an email at hugabeehoney@yahoo.com.
